Our brief was to completely refurbish and remodel a series of listed warehouse buildings, north of Oxford Street which had fallen into considerable disrepair.

The Archer Architect brief extended not only to the formation of new working environments but also public spaces and external landscaping.

The buildings were designed to accommodate a flexible range of letting scenarios, although in the event the entire building was let in two tenancies
