The project navigated complex logistical challenges, including the demolition of an existing lift shaft, reinstatement of concrete floor slabs, and the introduction of a new feature staircase.

Delivered on time and to a high standard, the revitalised interior now includes:

• A new passenger lift

• Exposed high-level MEP services

• Extended and fully fitted WC cores

• Restored original timber flooring

• A contemporary, full-height double-glazed shopfront

• A visually striking stair core, colour-coordinated with bespoke yellow highlights

External enhancements were equally extensive, featuring:

• Restored front façade

• New roof covering

• Discreet rooftop plant enclosure

These improvements not only elevate the building’s visual identity but also optimise its performance and functionality.
