Our Client asked us to provide a comprehensive Category A refurbishment to their Clerkenwell Road/Berry Street building. The brief required the solution to provide maximum light and space in this very desirable location.

The striking remodelled entrance and reception
 was conceived to accommodate a modern multi occupied building with refurbished stairwell and a new 10 person passenger lift. The building is now wheelchair accessible.

Showers and toilet cores were repositioned and refurbished to a very high specification to maximize floor plates and natural light.

Each floor benefits from suspended lightings and VRF comfort cooling/heating together with raised access flooring and fibre connectivity.

Black aluminum double glazing throughout the building, with white internal finishes compliment the internal decor of the floor plates.
