A grade II listed building that forms one quadrant of the world famous Oxford Circus, the building was in need of extensive modernisation with the intention of providing state of the art office accommodation in the centre of this renowned retail district.

Small floor plates and varied changes in level combined with the requirements of its listed status provided a backdrop for an extensive and considered approach to the Archer Architects design. The outcome of which sees a completed building filled with natural light with provocatively modern installations sitting alongside carefully restored original features.
